Rainbow Heart Nail Tutorial
I used Broadway Nail Polish for these designs. I purchased the polish at my local Dollar General for $1.00. I find it easier to use the cheap polish when doing nail designs that use a lot of the product. Broadway is very cheap but of wonderful quality!
I am also using my nail stamper, I have had it for many years and it works perfectly.
